MTK-F32 Dual-Fit SIM Card Dispenser

MTK-F32 is the SIM card dispenser applicable for SIM card vending kiosks and various SIM card dispensing solutions. It's designed to seamlessly support SIM cards of eitehr 86x54mm or 54x43mm. With Embedded contact IC reader, the model also support card reading/writing before dispensing operations.

In most countries and regions, 2 form factors of SIM phone cards are popularly issued by mobile operators. The standard one is following the ISO7810 ID-1 format in size of 86x54mm, there are also some others would issue half-size cards in 42x54mm. With a single machine, MTK-F32 make it possible to adapt to both of the sizes without changing of machine or software.

The integrated contact chip reader can handle ISO/IEC 7816 T=0/1 Cards. And for SIM cards, APDU communication can be processed between host and SIM cards to acquire SIM information such as ICCID, IMSI etc..

Daisy Chain wiring of the RS232 interface is supported by default for this dispenser, which allows one single COM port from host machine to communicate with up to 16 machines by addresses.

By default, MTK-F32 has an adjustable hopper of 150pcs capacity, and capacity is extensible to 250/350/450 pcs by adding extra card hoppers.

Model Options:

• MTK-F3-2110: with one RS232 interface for mechanical control and card reading/writing operation, supports cascading connection(9600bps suggested when cascading multiple machines).
• MTK-F3-2100: with one RS232 interface, no cascading connection supported;
• MTK-F3-2130: Card dispenser with PC/SC chip reader(RS232 for control of card dispensing, USB for PC/SC reader connection)
