MTK-F55 Dual-Tray Hybrid Card Dispenser

MTK-F55 is a motor card dispenser with dual trays and hybrid card reader integrated. With lockable and portable card cassette, cards can be safely stored and transported.

The F55 dispenser applies hooking mechanism to push card out of the designated card cassette according command from RS232. Hooking mechanism is more accurate and slient in operation, and also it's more durable as there is no direct contact between wearable rubber parts and cards. 

By default, the dispenser is supplied with integrated motorized card reader, which handles reading magnetic stripe and reading/writing popular smart chip cards. Also, we supply the dispensing module only without front readers integrated, for customization at client side to install their own readers, printers or other devices. A chargeable capacitor array is there which will be charged and serves as a power source during power failure accidents.

Default cassette capacity is 100pcsx0.8mm and rejection bin capacity is 15pcs, F55 is compact in height which makes it applicable for various card dispensing solutions and especially for integration in counter-top kiosk machines.

• MTK-F5-5000: dual-tray card issuing machine only, no front readers included, for customization use;
• Card Box Options: 2 Card Box Options of 100pcs and 150pcs capacity(0.8mm thickness)
