MSR100 is a universal magnetic stripe reader that's operated in manual swiping mode. This reader accepts hi-co/lo-co magnetic cards and can read all formats complying with ISO 7811, AAMVA and California Driver's license.
MSR100 reader supports 3-track decoding and you can get magnetic data by swiping in both directions. And also the swipe reader is driver free for most popular OS such as Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.
The reader works like a keyboard. With watchdog circuit design, MSR100 magstripe reader monitors card swiping actions and uploads decoded data to host machines in formatted ASCII text(For RS232 or USB models only).
Three interface options are available. USB is for desktop and plug&play use. TTL 4pin model outputs raw F2F data for various controllers.
RS232 model is better for connecting with various host machines for kiosks, POS, and self-service terminals. 2 mounting holes are available on the back to support surface panel installation.
