MTK-F8-1500 Turntable Card Dispenser - 1080pcs

MTK-F8-1500 is an innovative nonserial card dispenser with turntable card cassette and applicable for dispensing personalized cards.  With rotatable turntable as storage, the dispenser is capable of indexing loaded cards and delivering certain card from cassette. 

A single turntable is divided into 3 tracks which have 540 card slots totally. Driven by a stepper motor, turntable rotates to align the card carrier to a certain slot on the turntable for loading/unloading of cards. Multiple track design of significantly  improves the utilization rate of the turntable space and maximizes the holding capacity, also it speeds up the addressing and dispensing speed.

When loading, card can be served one by one from front reader or loaded in batch from the integrated hopper. Firstly, card will be stayed at the intersection or motor reader to achieve the unique information from magnetic stripe, contact or contactless chip or barcode. With the unique information, an index between the personalized card and slot number will be built and stored by the host machine. 

When dispensing, host computer will use the index to get the location of the card and controls the slot to align with the card carrier. Card Ejector Pin will be activated to push the card out to the card carrier, which transfers card back to reader for validation and dispensing.
